Meet Mike (The Guy Who Makes This Stuff)

I'm Mike Walsh. I make the pieces you'll see here. I use both domestic and imported hardwoods and only the very best adhesives that are both waterproof and food safe. The Finishes used on all pieces are food safe as well as all natural. 

I came to woodworking as a hobby from my full time gig as a Professional Counselor and Counselor Educator. Combining my love of food, cooking and woodworking, it seems a natural fit for me to produce cutting boards, charcuterie boards and other food-related wood projects. As I grow as a maker, who knows what could be next?!

I'm carrying on a tradition of woodworking started by my Grandfather after World War II, so I have that going for me, which is nice.
